「This was an adequate accommodation for us for our stay. About equidistant from Naples and Marco Island, it provided good access to both. The decoration was IKEA-vintage in my view. Two complaints - although there were three tv’s in the unit, the one in the main bedroom was not functional. Also, on the morning after check in we were awakened early by a workman who told us to move our car from the parking lot for a resurfacing project. The parking was not available to us. We expressed annoyance...

「We stayed at the two-room studio and it was pretty comfortable. Room was very clean and had a full kitchen. Great location. Close to a lot of restaurants and shops. Only 15-20 mins to Marco island beaches. 」

「Perfect Mother’s Day getaway. Everyone at the boat motel was so nice and attentive. The room was nice and clean. The pool was very refreshing as well. We ate at the Snook Inn for dinner, and it was within walking distance. Can’t wait to go back again.」

「我們家4大3小入住一間套房，除了主臥室一張king size的床外，另一間房間還有兩張雙人床，兩間都有衛浴設備。 除此之外，客廳與廚房的空間比兩間臥房加起來還要大，廚房的廚具及調理設備也很完善，若不是我們家只住在這一晚，肯定可以好好利用它們。 」

「We loved our stay at Villa Marco. The house is spacious and had everything we needed. With 4 BR and 2 1/2 Baths it was perfect. It had plenty of room for our family/friend vacation of 8 adults. The pool was amazing too! Close driving distance to everything. We are already checking our calendars for a return visit!」

「The property is in a good location and the boat dock is a plus. However, there were roaches in some of the rooms, one of the bathrooms has plumbing problems, the shower does not drain properly, and the fixed AC temperature does not allow the bedrooms to cool enough, at least for this time of the year in Florida. We had to buy fans to be able to sleep at night. 」

「I liked that the property was clean. I did not like that the pool had sharp things on the bottom that my daughter tore her foot on. I didn’t like that there were 3 bedrooms & the only tv was in the living room…just 1! I didn’t like that there was no door to the master bathroom..only a curtain. I didn’t like that we only stayed 1 night & left & I contacted the properties person & have yet to have this resolved.」
