「The two properties l stayes at were terriple, filthy, noisy and lack proper management. After 4 days in lagacy phases 2 and 4 l moved to to another hotel. Management at both legacy sites was non existent. I contact you last wednesday to complain and ask for a refund. I was told l would hear from you in 24 to 72 hours. I have not heard. 「The area is very peaceful and quiet. The staff is very helpful, helped us find a couple things locally as needed, however, we stayed 10 days and they only cleaned once. The toilet is leaking and the wall leaked when it rained. I extended my stay and they wanted cash not for me to use credit card.. 」
