「Very clean. Easy to get to. Listing as described. Bed and furniture are nice and comfy. Only thing I would add is a broom and dust pain and some Clorox wipes so guest can keep it neat. 5 stars! Very nice host. 」

While the amenities are fairly basic, the property is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very well run. 「Stayed here 5nights while visiting family living nearby. Good size king room, very clean and fantastic staff. The ladies who run the breakfast buffet are great! Housekeeping is awesome. On site laundry on 3rd floor is handy and area was also clean. It’s run remotely by an app you can download to your smartphone. We’d definitely stay here again.」

「The promo on Expedia said was near the beach.....was at least 1 mile away. The "included" breakfast consisted of brown bananas, soft apples, white bread and OJ. The main door into out room wasn't sealed. Light came in the room at night, bugs crawled underneath the door, etc. EVERYTHING was dirty.....bathroom, sheets, curtains, floor, on and on....」
