Super friendly staff! Cozy B&B feel. Great location, walk to town or train station! LIRR and Pines super convenient. Amazing authentic chef made-to-order breakfast!! (And fresh artisanal continental breakfast included). Awesome and cozy speakeasy-style lounge, with special entertainment nights (check in advance). Perfect for short or longer stays. And great as a gateway to Fire Island Pines and Cherry Grove (5 mins to ferry! shuttle-style service avail). Huge clean room. Washer dryer. Hot tub and more. Highly recommended! 🏖️ 🛳️ 🌈

The room was just as pictured, nice & spacious: we stayed in the Mae West room. It was clean & had a Kuerig coffee maker w/ pods, tea & water; as well as a mini bar for a fee & free cold breakfast or for a fee hot breakfast daily. The complimentary pick up & drop off at the Sayville LIRR was a big help because I was traveling with 3 bags. The bed was comfortable & the property grounds are impressive. There is hot tub, pool & fire pit seating area. The hosts have a very pleasant demeanor. The location is walking distance to Main Street where boutique malls & food is & there's a Dollar Tree & Chase bank in close proximity. I would definitely stay here again.
