「The majority of staff were excellent. On our second breakfast, there were different staff. The waitress raised her eyes at me when I asked for the black and white puddings to be removed from my Irish breakfast. I was surprised as I had specifically stated that I did not want black or white puddings?! The restaurant was not quick to remove used plates from the table either. Apart from that, everything else, including location, was perfect!」

「From the moment I checked in to the castle to the day we left I had nothing but positive interactions with the hotel staff. The Castle was clean and impeccably maintained, the staff were helpful, polite and easy to talk to. Our group took advantage of the Skeet shooting range and had a great time with our shooting Instructor who had a great personality and full of knowledge and experience. Will be back again!!!」

「Free wify is only in lobby .」

「Clean and comfortable.」

「We selected the property due to it's proximity to the airport and it certainly delivered on this objective. The house was an interesting property with much potential. The staff member we dealt with was very friendly and helpful. We were unaware of the dining options there when we booked so we did not take advantage of any of these options, but they would be worth investigating. Overall a very peaceful overnight stay that met our expectations.」

「The hotel is conveniently located next to the Bunratty Castle with free parking. We stayed at a triple room and there are 3 chairs and a table which enable us to have good time playing cards and games. There are coffee machine and electric kettle in the room with ample coffee capsules and tea bags. Staff are helpful and gave clear instruction. There are also the gym and indoor pool which are open 6am-10pm. The Steakhouse at the ground floor is a good choice if you do not want to go out. There...

「酒店早餐太棒了👏有自助，有点餐，非常美味😋」

「Very pleased with Tony, Marie, and the property. Expedia itself needs to better with connecting renters and landlords, or remove the contact/support sections of its site.」

「Lovely place and must stay. I will definitely return. The staff upon check in was among the kindest I’ve met in Ireland. Gorgeous views and the nearby towns are quaint and lovely for dining and coffee. Some areas for improvement: -the fourth floor was very noisy for sleeping. Perhaps request a different floor or maybe the hotel can replace the door latches that seem to slam at all hours. -staff in breakfast yelled at me for moving the knob on the toaster which was inappropriate and...

「Close to a lot of things. We used it as a base to travel the whole country. Great location」

「The hotel staff was very helpful and the hotel was very well-maintained. The breakfast buffet had variety and was very good. The hotel was close to the activities in the city of Limerick.」

「Excellent service , sure will stay again 」
