「Good AC/HEAT, decent space for five to six people, nice for your $, if there was one downside it would be that there were a few stains on the futon. They supplied dishes, plates, cutlery, etc. Overall a good stay, and we’d bring a sheet to put over the futon to sleep on it. 」

「Great location! We loved the neighborhood, the street, access to all kinds of wonderful restaurants, stores and transportation. The building was definitely a 200 year old building (lots of stairs), as it should be in that neighborhood. More attention could be paid to some of the minor items (sinks, kitchen appliances, bedside lamps, etc.). Nothing that a serious walk thru wouldn't take care of. Property management was very unresponsive I had to wait 4 hours to get into my room was not provided any accommodations for the lost of the time but is being told there is no refund for late check ins when it’s was their fault. 「This was the perfect place for my group and our needs. Enough beds with options; a dark, quiet room in the basement, a shared room with a two full beds, the top floor king size suite, even a pull out sofa! All useful accommodations for a party of 5 or more. To top it off, the roof top hot tub with a city skyline view was incredible! It was a great location too, in walking distance to our venue in South Philly. Everything worked out perfectly, and I'm grateful that this option was available....
