「Front desk staff was extremely helpful」

「Nice staff. Comfortable room , pretty good bed and bath. Limited food options nearby.」

「Suite was very spacious and included a jacuzzi with a view of the lake. Rocking chairs and outdoor seating provided a picturesque lake view. Cooking utensils and cutlery were comprehensive for us. Amenities included kayaks, canoes, pedal boats and noodles. We enjoyed taking the kayaks out exploring coves. We also rented a pontoon boat for half a day. Explored bluffs, castle cove, waterfalls various marinas and islands.」

「The property looks nice. My problem was with Hotels.com. The listing appeared on Hotels.com, but actually originates on another platform. We arrived 10 PM in pouring rain (a tornado touched down 6 miles away) and found it occupied. The reservation company (40 minutes and 6 phone calls later) said the credit card did not clear, and "we emailed you in December".
