"Great location. Clean hotel. But unfortunately there is a lack of help and honesty. We arrived at check in. Game day so as a hotel manager you would think they would be prepared. They had 1 poor girl checking in people. The line was so long it blocked the elevators about 70 ft away. They put a $100 dollar incidentals fee on your card. And tell you it will be re-imbursed at checkout. But what we got was $276 worth of bogus charges. I had pre-paid for the hotel so no additional charges were necessary. Upon calling i was forwarded to 3 different call centers before I got any help with the charges. When I called management and asked to speak to them only then was I told it was gonna be re-imbursed. Wonder how many old people they have swindled. My dad is 70 years old and this was a special trip I payed for to surprise him. We used his card for the incidental fee of $100 which is crazy and I guess they thought he was old and wouldn’t catch it. To bad because we did like the place. Its clean and close by to the ballpark. They only had 2 handicap parking spots so my dad and I had to park way off. He doesn't walk very good. The staff is nice. Breakfast wasn't to bad either. Unfortunately they try to rob the elderly. Travelers beware!"

"Everything was fine except for the housekeeping service. Kept having to chase them down to service our room. The language barrier made it difficult to communicate what we wanted done. One night the front desk gave us sheets to change our own bed. That was ridiculous. You stay at a hotel, you think you should not have to make your own room up..."
