Staff and room was very comfortable. Our first room could not grant viewing access, so they promptly moved us to a room that did. We also had to evacuate about 4:00 a. m. due to an unexplained fire alarm. Staff told us the same thing happened the previous night, so this new property needs to iron out some stuff. But, otherwise, nice hotel in a good and convenient area.

The staff have poor attitudes. Customer service is lacking - they seem bothered and unmotivated to help at the front desk. Breakfast was good and overall the hotel seems new and clean. Do as much online to avoid personal interaction with the front desk crew that look like they would rather be anywhere else than doing their jobs.

One week ago, I offered a tepid review of a dated and worn Hampton Inn and our adequate but cramped room in Mountain Brook, Alabama. One week later, our experience at another Hampton Inn in Evergreen, Alabama was radically different in all the best of ways. This facility seemed brand new, was beautifully designed and appointed, and both the overall property and our particular room met the very highest standards one could ever expect in an interstate hotel in this chain lodging class. Personnel were warm and friendly, room amenities were gracious and above average, the included breakfast was plentiful, varied, hot & fresh, and set up in a well-conceived, spacious, comfortable area. For a night or a week, I would recommend this facility enthusiastically and without reservation.
