The town of Everglades City is like an old "frontier town"... crab boats and fishing, but the natural beauty was incredible. 10,000 Island tour was excellent with numerous dolphins around the boat."

"The floors were grimy, the couch was stained, the toilet had dirt and hair on it, there were no bed pillows for the sleeper couch. We stayed one night and spent the other 3 nights somewhere else. The listing does not make it clear that this is not a hotel: the reception area is only staffed for limited hours. The only way to reach the staff is by texting a phone number. I was promised a refund for the nights we didn't use and haven't heard from them in more than a week. "
