"Great stay at the Carnmore Hotel during a last-minute family trip. Staff were very helpful and polite throughout, and the room was clean. I had a minor issue with ants, which staff responded to quickly and there were no further problems. The location is great for Takapuna and North Shore Hospital, which served my purpose perfectly. The kitchenette was a nice touch, though a coffee press would have been a welcome addition. One downside: the hotel is on a busy road, so for a longer stay it wasn’t as quiet as I’d hoped, even with a room set back from the main road. Overall, a solid choice for convenience and friendly service."
