「We stayed one night and were very impressed. Perfect accommodation in central Jerusalem. Excellent value for money. Would recommend. There is unfortunately no parking as stated on the property description but we managed to find and the corner. Communication was good but would have been better had we received the initial communication earlier as there is an online registration form to complete before getting check in instructions. 「The staff was very helpful especially Asaf who was an incredibly nice person and helped us with directions on how to get around and how to connect with internet , even on our car rentals etc.. We were very blessed to have a contact we could reach anytime, 24/7. Also well organised on how to get to the room all done online. It was a very pleasant stay and very cute, small suite close to everything. I would definitely go there again if I return to Jerusalem! Thank you Aju Hillel!」

「Bait and Switch I was suppose to stay unit 15 but was switched to unit13 Apt from H*ll. The heat did not work I set it a 32C and the heat did not come on, I had to wait till Monday for someone to fix it. I wrapped myself in the blankets to stay warm and they were nasty smelling. The blankets were never washed. The TV did not work , they had to come out three different times to try and fix it which they never did. The shower head was not fastened correctly and it just spinning around getting...

"no shower gel from the first day we checked in. we had to call the reception, but they did not have the bottles refilled. And then we had to call the reception again, and they sent someone to give us some small bottles of shampoo and shower gel. The following day still no one had the shower gels bottle refilled. We had to call the reception again and then they had someone sent us a big bottle of shower gel. until the day we checked out, the original bottles of shower gel in the room were still empty.."
