Great location, fix a few things

The stay started off well…Dima was a great communicator. The room itself was perfect. Nice balcony and close to everything. He is the not so good…There was virtually no hot water in the shower. some extra towels too would have been nice. Wi-fi was terrible and i had to use my hot spot most of the time. Make sure you get the buzzer code as well. If those few things could be fixed, it would have been perfect. The building is being renovated so i expect it will be a wonderful building

Overall, happy with our stay! We were in Family Suite (4th floor, #7) & my mom stayed in the Superior Room right under us (3rd floor, #6). Cleanliness was acceptable; not up to most “American” standards but I can’t complain as I’ve traveled to Israel many times & it felt appropriate to what I expected. Things were more “worn” than truly dirty. All linens were really clean & smelled great, even the throw pillows. We opted not to have daily cleaning or linen change but they gave us a free linen change during our 10 day stay which was nice. We cleaned the apt ourselves with supplies provided or bought by us (there is a huge pharmacy across the street which is super affordable & convenient). My mom’s biggest complaint about her room was the mildewed shower & the lack of closet or any hooks to hang things. But the room was cute & cozy with a lovely balcony. Our Family Suite took up the entire 4th floor & was quiet, private & BIG. BUT NO BALCONY so be aware! But nice big windows in all the rooms & a large bathroom, 2 TVs, AND A WASHER!! There is no dryer but the washer was a huge, unexpected blessing. Wi-Fi was good (just dropped out a few times, briefly) & communication via WhatsApp with mgmt was FAST & excellent. Great English & instructions for combos to street door & key lockboxes were clear & simple. Great location, can walk to everything or take lightrail. Be aware there are 6 steps in lobby up to elevator. Also CURRENTLY a lot of noisy construction in area. Recommend :)

Nice place to stay!

This suite lies in a busy area, so there is enough to do in the neighbourhood. The communication in advance worked very well, they contacted us on the day we arrived and gave us all the necessary information. The suite is nice with a good bed and all other things you need for a short stay. We loved to sit on the balcony.

Great location for sightseeing

This is an apartment (not a hotel) located in a very centre of Jerusalem. You can go both years old/religious city and the modern hipster part by foot. There are several parking lots in proximity if you come by car (make sure they will let you out/in on Friday eve and Saturday). There is also an elevator in the building, but you will have to climb few steps. The area was quiet, despite located so deep in a centre and we enjoyed it, but we didn't spend much time inside. You will get your keys through a lockbox, therefore it is accessible 24h.

We were happy that we are staying in Jacobs suites. The place is very well connected to the tram (7min walk) and the bus stop (3min walk). Tha flat offers you everything you need specially if you are staying during the Shabbat. You can walk from the place to the old city that takes you 18min walk. The flat has hob, cutlery, cups, and plates. I was surprised they gave us the towels during our staying without extra cost. The bathroom has shampoo and soap if you are coming to Jerusalem for few days. The studio also has heating and air conditioning. The speed internet was very well and easy acces to the Wi-Fi. I could stay in the studio is perfect for 3 adults, specially if you are staying in Jerusalem to sleep. If you are coming with kids, is good if you are 2 adults and 1 children. We were 3 adults and for us the place was perfect. They have a double bed and sofa bed. The check-in was super easy instructions, and the information is clear. We were glad that we have choice this place because it is very well connected to all the important places in Jerusalem (old city). They were also helpful to leave our luggage in the luggage room nearest to the accomodation. The only improvement is to wash the curtains or change it for another one due they are bit old. Also, change the vacuum is not working well. To conclude, if I am coming back again to Jerusalem. I will definitely come back again to Jacobs Suites.

Excelente custo benefício

A suíte atendeu todas nossas necessidades, incluindoa parte da cozinha com microondas, fogão elétrico, só faltou pano de pratos e alguns utensílios, mas nada comprometedor. Tivemos alguma dificuldade com o aquecimento no 1o dia mas que fou prontamente resolvido pelo anfitrião. A localização é perfeita com tran, restaurantes próximo e a 10 minutos caminhando para old city. Super recomendo.
