"This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The food is amazing and its never ending if that’s what you like. The service is first class and the staff are wonderful: We are from Australia and the only “English” speaking visitors , however, this was not a problem for us as the staff all spoke English. "Everything good, room was lovley , parking simple, view amazing.
Downside: the tv only in german no subtitles, the steam room opens late @1pm which is annoying for someone like me who starts day early. For luxury hotel nobody helped with luggage or offered. Breakfast $40/person. They need to offer free apples or something small for the non big meal breakfast eaters. "

"Nice and cozy place, very friendly staff, good wine, delicious food, and a stunning view of Bozano city. The perfect place to escape the rush of city life and be close to nature. Be aware that you have to drive 20 minutes uphill to get there, but it's worth it. Highly recommended."
