「The area was great and hotel were very characterful, especially the lobby area which was delightfully heritage in it's design and appearance. The room was a great size and was very comfortable with a great view and original styled wooden shutters. The room was however very cold at times, the heating was not adequate for a room of that size. The room could also do with some upgrades such as a fridge and/or a safe. 「Room was clean, the check in process could be more clear with instructions prior to arrival as I had to message the property via chat to check in and was helped by a neighbour. A lovely common room, unfortunately no toilet paper in the room and had to again ask the neighbour. Odd set up, great room. No check out instructions. 」
