Fabulous Hotel

We booked this hotel for our stay in Berat and could not be happier with our choice. It is at the top of the hill by the castle, but the views are awesome, the staff very friendly, and the food was fantastic.

Lovely hotel, view and staff

The hotel has an amazing view of the mountains and is right next door to the castle, the staff were very helpful even helping me with laundry as i was stuck (even though they do not do a laundry service) The food at the restaurant was lovely. There were a few confusions but mostly due to language barriers. The internet is good and there is parking, i would stay again if i visited the town. Thank you for a lovely stay

The restaurant didn't open at 8 AM as advertised. I couldn't wait longer for it to open because of an activity that was scheduled elsewhere. So the free breakfast didn't happen. Dinner was fine with complimentary prosecco and Raki and a 10% discount.

We had a great time at Te Gjyshi. Located right by the fort and owned by the restaurant, with the same name, that has a long history of serving guests in Berat. The place was newly renovated and the views were better than shown in the pictures. Restaurant served delicious Albanian cuisine and you received a discount for being a hotel guest. For breakfast you didnt get a choice to choose qhat you would like but what they served was again delicious. We especially loved how close we were to the fortress, and the old town was a short distance down hill. Going uphill after a day of exploring is a bit of a work out but manageable. Overall, loved our stay here and would definitely come back.

Un hôtel au pied du château avec une vue imprenable sur la ville de Berat depuis le restaurant où même la chambre. Un dîner et un petit déjeuner extraordinaire aux spécialités locales. Chambre nikel, salle de bain très bien. Si vous souhaitez atteindre la ville à pied, il faudra compter une vingtaine de minutes mais attention la descente et donc la remontee sont assez raides. Cela ne nous a posé aucun problème mais ce n’est peut être pas adapté pour tout le monde.

Bir gece kaldık. Kaleye çok yakın konumda. Yokuş yukarı 15 dakika yürümek zorunda olduğu için arabanız varsa kalmak daha mantıklı. bizim aracımız yoktu. Toplam 3 kez inip çıkmak kaldık ve çıkışın sonunda duş almamız gerekti :D onun dışında kahvaltı dahildi. Yeterli miktardaydı. Omlet, domates, peynir, reçel ve tereyağı vardı. Lezzetliydi.

Très bien!

Très bien placé pour visiter le château, ( avec le parking du coup!), marche sportive mais agréable pour aller au centre. Hôtel très propre et très confortable. Petit déjeuner très bon avec belle vue. Je recommande.
