This is a brilliant hotel in Berat - staff friendly, rooms first class, good parking, easy walking distance to the main square. An absolute recommend!!

The hotel is walking distance to the castle, old town, etc but also far enough away that there is onsite parking and an elevator for easy access. Rooms are spacious and bright, clean and well appointed! Ask for a balcony facing the park! Staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast is located next door and has everything you need!

The front desk lady was very nice and cheerful and gave a very warm welcome. One issue which they need to improve is the breakfast; we had to eat in a different hotel because the hotel's restaurant was not ready, and the other hotel's breakfast is very limited and they were understaffed, and things took a long time to happen and when an item finished they simply could not replace and told us they were out of it.

The check-in staff was very helpful. Helped us park our car in the back lot. Breakfast was good. Lovely hotel and very convenient and short walk to the historic part of the city. Room was lovely and very clean. We were only there one night but wished we had stayed longer.

We loved our stay at Hotel Plaza. We booked one night but wished we had stayed longer. We arrived two hours early but they were so gracious and allowed us to check-in early with just a 10-minute wait. They had Turkish delight at check-in and offered us water as well. They have limited on-street parking blocked by cones and insisted we move our car and park in front to avvoid ticketing. They immediately mentioned the free bottle of wine I would receive as VIP Access, and it was in the room with flowers strewn on the bed as well. They made dinner suggestions and the hotel is walkable to everywhere. Breakfast is temporarily at their older sister hotel across the street but what a selection!

What a stunning brand new hotel with super staff

Last minute decision to stay in Berat for a night rather than doing a daytrip from much further north. A family of 6 (2 adults with 4 adult children), so needed double rooms. Found this place on hotel.com and seemed too good to be true as the price for 6 of us bed and breakfast was £199!

I loved everything about this hotel. Very clean, extremely quiet, but just a short walk to the center. Big rooms, good showers. Parking is provided. And one of the best things was how friendly the staff was. Especially the guys at the front desk. As a long term traveIer, i was tired when I got to Berat so I actually ended up staying an extra night here just to relax because it was such a pleasant place

Wonderful hotel and an excellent value for money, the staff was very welcoming and professional, the room was huge and spacious, very clean, high ceiling and very spacious bathroom, it seemed like a suite. It was a pity we just stayed for 1 night, but it was totally worth it. The only aspect to improve is the Breakfast service being served on a sister property on the back of the hotel, it is a very short distance and easy to reach, it's just the expectation of having breakfast onsite and in the end you need to go out of the hotel. Just a suggestion for the staff to inform it beforehand and in the future the ideal would be to have a specific breakfast area inside the hotel itself. Otherwise, totally recommend this hotel, is the best value for money in Berat and the city is beautiful
