「While traveling in Albania I have met the most wonderful people. Hotel Kaceli was no different. I found a friendly family atmosphere right from the beginning. I felt spoiled by their kind service and attention to detail. The many family-made products at the huge breakfast only added to the charm and to my enjoyment.
