"I attended a concert across the street at State Farm stadium so I walked. When the concert was over the Hampton Inn and Suites sign was not illuminated which created a little confusion since I don’t know the area. Other than that the stay was great"

"Room floor was dirty. Towels were torn and had threads hanging off. Mattress pad cover did not stay on bed. Front desk staff was very nice and polite."

"Waste of money to stay here. It smells terrible in the lobby. The rooms smell like cigarettes. The was spiders in the room. The building is not maintained well. It’s a very sketchy place to stay. Lots of homeless people there. Doesn’t look like the photos"

"When we arrived, they told us there was no hot breakfast. Something about the oven broke or something like that. Then the next morning at 6:45 AM maintenance guy was out blowing the yard and I understand it's hot in Arizona, but that's unacceptable. And then at 7:15 in the morning, a woman opened ..."
