We had the best night sleep on the most comfortable bed. The next morning woke up to a lovely breakfast. We definitely would stay there again.」

「The staff Cornelia, Julia and Maria were all so amazing and helpful. The house is located in a quiet luxurious neighbourhood requiring a walk up a hill. The premises are very cozy and welcoming promoting relaxation with many lounge areas and a pool. The included breakfast was fresh and delicious and a highlight. The rooms are fresh and modern and feel natural. House is named after the resident dog Luna. The staff are so thoughtful and appreciated the surprise birthday treat. Convenient 30 mins...

「Louis (concierge desk) is very attentive and helpful ...a very pleasant person... I wish all staff were like him.... Breakfast can definitely improve,never ready at 7:30 like advertised, and more courteous staff will be a nice touch.. I did notice a different treatment between English speakers and Spanish or Portuguese speakers...(Unfortunately) Air conditioning is almost inexistente at least in my room 403 The place need a urgent lifting, doors, Mattress,bathrooms, elevators.... I do understand...

「Vieille hôtel, climatisation très vieille avec mauvaise odeur pas assez entretenue, mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain, parasols rouillés qui nous tombent dessus. J’ai demandé un changement de chambre car climatisation et salle de bain avaient une mauvaise odeur et tv ne fonctionnait plus. Ils nous ont donné en échange deux chambre sans balcon et nous n’avions plus la vue sur la mer et la piscine. J’ai connu mieux question geste coller suite aux désagréments.」
