「This is a charming, light- filled, calm and friendly hotel. The staff are very helpful, a special thank you to Adriana at breakfast who was always so warm and kind. Breakfast is so beautifully presented and generous. Adriana even let our children help her to feed the pet turtles! The housekeeping staff are incredible! Our whole apartment was made immaculate every day. The gardens and pool are quiet and relaxing. The decor is tired and needs a revamp / re paint in some areas of the bedrooms but...

「The washroom was not really clean. We could not throw our toilet paper in the toilet due to the host rule. Also, the AC didn’t work and the bed pillows were so hard to lay on. However, this place is not far from Cascais center and the neighbourhood is quiet! It’s easy to access to the building, its a great place if you want to stay for a few days. 」

Sitting out of an evening in the private garden enjoying the warmth till late added to the overall attraction of the chalet. 「The staff was very accommodating and helpful. But the check in time was a little late in the day and the check out time is a little too early in the day. The manager was lovely. 」

「Unable to open door as What’s app not working. Very stressful being locked out. No elevator and a lot of stairs.not equipped for people with disabilities. . Shower wouldn’t work. The company was helpful and seemed nice. They remediated complaints on time. Better place for locals to stay rather than foreigners. People at Nicola restaurant were mean. Not welcoming. 」

「Very spacious home that’s close enough to the beach to walk (the way back would be all up hill), but you’re better off takin an Uber for $2-3 Euros each way. The home is immaculately maintained and has everything you could need to include English TV channels. Only downside and it’s small is, the shower is great, but it’s hard to keep the water inside because the shower pressure causes the shower head to rise up spraying water out.
