「We were without power (at least 3-5 hrs on 3 days and one day was 18hrs) 4 out of 6 days. One small flashlight, NO generator. Very inconvenient when you can’t make meals (which is why I rented a place with a full kitchen) or do laundry. All I got from management was I’m sorry. The check in process was very odd. Random text messages for 2 different people (not explaining who they were until I asked) asking about our flight info. Jill met us at the property once we arrived and she was AWESOME!! 」

「We paid for a king but when we went into our room it was a double. I went to the desk to say we were given the wrong size room and was told they did not have anymore king size rooms on that floor. I complained and then was told I could move to an outside room with a king sized bed. The lady at the desk was not very helpful or accommodating and I did not feel I was wrong about complaining about not having the room I booked and paid for. 「I went for my 40th birthday and I really enjoyed myself so relaxing and the atmosphere was great many friendly people. I even won the pool side bingo during my stay. Can’t wait to go back, thinking I’m going to stay a week and also let my kids join me next time.」

「The king size bed in the room was old with the hump in the middle. The room housekeeping was erratic, a couple of days no housekeeping, a few once a day and a few twice a day. Cleaning of the room was superficial, no cleaning of patio. We did not use the spa.The fittness room was nice but the steam room is at the spa.」
