「Decent stay with friendly staff」

「We had an ant issue in our room. I sent a text message, cause that’s how you communicate with the front desk staff. The guy sprayed something, whatever he done. It only last a few minutes. They came back. I sent another one & I also ask to speak to a supervisor. No one never call me nor came to our room to speak to us. I went on our last night of saying. Spoke to a lady at the desk told her what had happened. She said when she came on Shift, she saw a message and asked them that they take care...

「The property is close to town and has a great view. However, it is in desperate need of a complete remodel. We stayed in an oceanfront king. The bed is actually a queen The room reeked of cleaning chemicals to the point of making your eyes water. There was barely a trickle of luke warm water in the shower. The cable went out and never came back on, the light on the balcony didn't work, the coffee machine was clogged and blew hot coffee throughout the room, and the hair dryer actually blew up...

「Being that it is a boutique hotel it’s great for sleeping, the beds are very comfortable. As far as any food, they have nespresso machines, and small fridges to have bottle water or whatever you would like to put in it. You will need to either rent car, or use VI Ubah there great for getting around the island. Back to cove hotel the owners are very nice an will help you out if they have what you need. They work really hard on the hotel. Has a cute pool. I will be going back there!!!」
