「Terrible! Avoid! Paid USD100 but no hot water to shower. Wasted 2 hours liasing with receptionist as was told to run the water longer. Well, I kept the shower and sink taps running for over 1 hour but still cold. Even checked the gas tanks with the receptionist who pressed the ignition switch several times but still no hot water. You can order food, drinks or snacks from anywhere on the hotel grounds at your convenience. Keep in mind, as part of the hotel concept experience, they don’t provide hot showers.
