"Appreciated location for train & walking to historic sites, mini frig & kettle, comfortable bed, helpful staff, small room fine for 1 for brief stay, good breakfast, BBC channel. Room needs a deep cleaning, get rid of unwashed decorative pillows on top of clean pillows, had to remove all the items they're selling to use mini frig, only hand held shower attachment worked, phone should've been replaced when it didn't ring, sink too small to wash things, closet & bathroom area had a sewer gas smell, no decaffeinated coffees & teas offered, flight of stairs to reception could be difficult with heavy luggage or mobility challenges."
