Beautiful room, delicious breakfast and dinner, kind and helpful staff. My room faced away from the street and was very quiet, aside from some slight ventilation sounds (similar to a laptop fan, so very easily ignored). The only area for improvement was the quality of the mattress and the bed linen. But overall, 10/10.

The staff is great. The ladies at the reception desk are so helpful and kind. The kitchen staff is also great. I have been joined the buffet several times and all the time the buffet was great. My compliments to the whole staff

Disappointing customer service

I reserved a queens size bed and they provided me with two single beds although I was on my own. When I complained about this, they dismissed it and said they can upgrade my room for additional payment. Other things I disliked: 1. You have to pay for everything: parking, sauna, jaccuzi 2. Breakfast was dismal 3. Soap dispenser was unfunctional 4. Customer service attitude was horrendous

No fridge which had been stated as standard for each room so our milk ( bought because they don’t provide any in the room) went bad. Bedside light didn’t work. Swimming pool, which was the main reason I chose the hotel was only available as part of a 3 hour spa pass for £23. I wanted a quick half hour swim each day but it wasn’t worth that price. Breakfast buffet was ok but food not renewed timely and staff seemed miserable and unwilling to help. Dinner buffet was less good with no choice of main dish other than a vegetarian option, no dessert at all and little choice of wine. Menu was not advertised in advance but I suppose as the meals were included in the overall room price there’s no incentive for improving quality or service. We were charged twice for a glass of wine but they grudgingly agreed to cancel the charge when we queried it. Well positioned on bus route 3 but quite a way out of the restaurant area if one wanted to eat elsewhere.

Fint rum, sköna sängar, täcken o kuddar. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal i receptionen. Fanns en del aktivitetsgrejor i de allmänna utrymmet så som bordtennis, dart, mm men flertalet av grejorna var trasiga och i dåligt skick.

Vi lå på to sammensatte senge, så vi kunne falde lige igennem midten fordi de rykkede sig hvis man lå der - ikke så smart når man vil ligge tæt.. Der var maange til morgenmaden, der var ik nok siddepladser og ik så meget udvalg.. ønskede flere forskellige oste, mere brød og frugt. Ellers var det godt, god service, super sød personale og lækkert med Rituals på værelserne 👌😍

Fint hotel med god morgenmad og aftensmad. Over forventning ift prisen. Personalet var helt igennem fremragende - de fortjener den største ros. Alle vi talt med var super serviceminded og hjælpsomme. Vi fik brug for hjælp da vores datter blev syg og de var så søde til at hjæpe os. Tak! Hotellet ligger tæt på motorvejen, lidt udenfor Lund, men man kan hurtigt komme ind til byen. Spa afdelingen skal bookes på forhånd (hvilket hotellet også oplyser!) det gør at det ikke er propfyldt hvilket er dejligt. Der var flere familievenlige faciliteter med bordfodbold og bordtennis samt spil og legerum. Personalet havde også sørget for "tipspromenad" - meget hyggeligt! Vi boede to voksne og to børn i en familie suite. Den var ren og rumlig. Hvis vi skal tilbage til Lund kommer vi tilbage til Planetstaden.
