"Hotel was great, but we did not realized how far it is from Tampa (that's not a problem with HOTEL, but with Expedia Search Engine that does not allow user to select MAX distance from certain areas (like Downtown, Airport, cruise terminal,..) and eliminate all that exceeds that limit. That caused us to book great hotel in a wrong place. Again - Hotel was great."

He was very attentive seem to be taking care of various problems or situations with the smile on his face. The man definitely can multitask while keeping consistent service. he is definitely an asset for you."

"Very impressive remodeling and updates and jake.Who checked me in was super great. I did, however, have housekeeping knocking on my door at 9 AM on a Sunday. And I don't think they should do that. This is not the first hotel that has done that.I think when people check into a hotel and check out.Time is eleven.No one should be knocking on my door. "
