「The service is very poor, and the whole building is closed! The air conditioner is very cold! If you are not allowed to transfer, you will be fined 250 dollars. This fine and that fine are simply stealing money. Cheap is cheap, but there are too many other expenses.」

「Eggs and ham with toast was served every single day. The hot was barely warm but the Hacienda was amazing and we enjoyed our stay. 」

「El hotel es bellísimo, cómodo, los cuartos de primera, alberca limpia y cuentan con estacionamiento. Pueden mejorar en atención, sólo el gerente y la chica del restaurante estuvieron atentos. No hubo servicio de desayuno en el restaurante aunque se supone que abren diario, por lo que tuvimos que salir. El wifo muy malo, hay muchas redes pero sólo la de los cuartos tenía más o menos un poco de conexión. Las demás redes nunca sirvieron.」

「La piscina estaba impecable, el cuarto olía a recién limpiado y las sábanas estaban en perfectas condiciones. El personal fue sumamente amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudarme con cualquier duda. 「The property was clean, the bed very comfortable and the shower wonderful.the pool and bar area are lovely and the food excellent.The staff were very nice and helpful. The only disappointment was that there was no beach as listed in the description of the property. In fact, there are no beaches in La Parguera. Honest advertising would be more beneficial and not bring the surprise of finding out upon arrival otherwise. The poolside music also went on too loud and too late. 」
