「Staff was FANTASTIC!! Can’t say enough about how warm and friendly and hard working at least the staff I interacted with were . The resort is lovely if you aren’t looking for an extravagant amount of things to do and to just relax. They do however have excursions for additional fees. 「The place was very clean and spacious. There was a separate living room area with a kitchenette. We stayed in a one bedroom suite, the bedroom was separately enclosed. There was a closet with a safe and hangars. There was a separate closet that had an ironing board with an iron. There was a microwave, fridge, toaster oven and electric hot plate. 「The entire staff is just rude, no smiles, seem miserable and not welcoming at all! Minus a couple men at the resort who were all smiles. The place was decent, food ok, but staff ruined the experience for us. I mean getting a drink the bar was a hassle most of the time.」

The only areas for improvement were: the seasonings were a bit limited – salt and pepper were almost gone; laundry detergent needed to be brought from home; and the shower water pressure was a little low.
