"Joe was very nice and helpful. Cottage was average. Bed was comfortable. No bugs ;) Everything works,TVs & appliances. Accommodating for our 2 dogs. The pool was within walking steps from the cottage door. Coffee/breakfast shop right next door. Mexican restaurant within walking distance. Lunch Box across the road. 10-15 min drive to Manasota Key,
Beach
& the state park and other nice restaurants. Property was being cleaned up from the storms, def making progress. "

"The manager was extremely pleasant and allowed us an early check-in since we were going to Sanibel and would be getting in late. Our dog was welcome there; our room was very clean, had a refrig and microwave and beds comfortable. It was only a few miles to the west coast beaches we came to explore and we enjoyed our stay very much. Due to Hurricane Ian, they were in midst of some renovations March 2023 but it was very quiet and area was kept clean."
