「該飯店號稱有機場接駁，但因男主人離世，女主人不會開車，僅能協助叫計程車，但卻要住客自行付費，似乎不太合理。 且該客房鑰匙有問題，不容易上鎖，造成住客無法放鬆休息。 該飯店位處偏遠僻靜，沒有明顯招牌標示，對外交通不便，夜晚附近無法找到用餐地方，只能在民宿內用。」

「We had a wonderful stay in the Shephards Hut at the White Horse. The experience genuinely surpassed my expectations. The Hut itself is very high quality, and the amenities were great. A very well furnished kitchenette enabled us to cook a hearty breakfast - with all of the ingredients for a fry up provided for us in the fridge! A very lovely experience, and our dinner in the pub on the day of our arrival was very good too!」

「This was a one night stay on our way to Edinburgh with our dogs. It was exactly what we needed a comfortable, clean and well equipped room right next to a lovely pub that is also dog friendly. Sonia and the team couldn't do enough for us, fetching water for our dogs after a long journey. Asking if we had everything we needed. We had a good meal that night and a lovely breakfast the following morning. Such a friendly place, we will definitely be back!」

「Plus sides: next to the Donkey Sanctuary and the ability to cook for yourself. Now for the downsides. Where to begin? *Couldn't get into contact with the owner for check-in, arrival times, code to the key box or anything. Only after contacting Travelnest (the third company in charge of advertising the property) by phone on the day of check-in, I got a very short email from the owner about the check-in time (an hour later than advertised) and code for the key box. 「We enjoyed the area. The chalet was well equipped unfortunately everything you touched was really greasy. The cooker top was discussing. We only used the fridge and kettle throughout our stay thankfully I had mugs with us. Lots of cobwebs and spiders and a slug or snail across the carpet every night. To enter the bathroom you had to go in sideways. The sink was full of shaver hairs and shaving foam the toothbrush holder hadn't been cleaned for months. The toilet brush would have made you sick...

「Everything as expected with the accommodation, great communication throughout from the owners. Great location for beach, Ingoldmels, Skegness or travelling further up and down the coast. 」

「I had a really nice, peaceful stay. I lost the email with the direct contact number, so im sure the issue i had could have been solved easily, if not partly, for my own stupidity. Sadly, there was no running water & there was no gas to use the cooktop. The keys that were left didnt open the door to turn on the gas. Thankfully, there are some lovely places for food very close by & a couple of bottles of water to boil the kettle & have a quick wash solved any real drama. I enjoyed...
