"Nice room with comfortable bed and pillows, a small but real fridge, and a microwave. The hotel has a nice gym and pool. The pool is well-maintained and quite large indeed. Overall we are happy with the stay."

"Me and my bestfriend stayed there for four days and 3 nights. We just checked out as a matter of fact, currently in the airport awaiting to board. Rhoda was the person who helped us and the other lady who i forgot to ask the name. Rhoda went over and beyond, she asked about what our plan was and even provided assistance on how to get were we needed to go, and they also allowed us to keep our luggage at tye frontdesk since we are on an evening flight, we were able to buy what we needed to buy last minute. Although rhida was no longer there the guy handed over our luggages and allowed us to stay by the lobby, although when we said thank you, there were two women and 1 guy at the desk , i didnt seem to hear anyone greeted back, its petty but it makes a big impact for majority of guests, they will leave feeling valued, seen and would want to comeback. Consistency of service as they say. I used to be a frontdesk manager before and this is one of the feedback we usually get. Just thought id share But overall, we loved our stay. We will definitely comeback and will no longer stay in richmond but rather here in burnaby.thank you"
