The floors and surfaces were clean but there was lots of cobwebs and debris around the apartment in corners. It's basically an attic with a sloping roof so there isn't much headroom. I must have hit my head 10 times. "

"We had booked one of the properties in the centre, but a boiler failure meant we had to be relocated to another property. This was seamless and well communicated and at no extra cost, but unfortunately the proeprty was a good 25 to 30 mins walk or a bus or taxi ride into the centre, which wasn't ideal and did cost us extra in taxi fares"
