"the valet, door and desk attendants, and the housekeeping staff are all so incredibly kind!! the hotel itself is very beautiful and well kept. the bathroom was overall clean, however i couldn’t help but notice yellow buildup in some harder to reach places on the shower floor. the breakfast food and drinks are very good, however the wait staff isn’t the kindest. there was a private event happening in the hotel during our stay, so some of the amenities that were advertised by email after booking weren’t available (restaurant closed off for dinner, asked to leave the gym area to make room for a private fitness class, etc). all that said, the location is unbeatable and the vibe was great!"
