「The room was awful. It was stained sheets and nasty blankets. They refused to accommodate my Disabled mom to a first floor room. They wouldn’t allow my 10 yr old daughter to eat free. The food was awful bacon and potato tastes rotten. The ac was dirty and whistled all night. The bathroom door didn’t close and doorknob was coming off door.
