「Friendly staff」

「Room very clean」

「It was clean but the ceiling in our room was cracked above the window and the tv in our room wasn't working. But it was clean and there were no bed bugs.」

「We liked everything at this location! The staff were very friendly and the young woman helping with breakfast made and served the food and cleaned up afterwards.」

「去Elora可以住的優質飯店」

「Unfortunately, one of our rooms had a noticeable odour and exceptionally high humidity. The towels felt only half-dried, and the room was stuffy and filled with damp, humid air, making it quite uncomfortable. It was disappointing, as this affected what was otherwise our first trip to Elora. We hope the issue can be addressed for future guests.」

「Room and property were extremely clean/spotless staff was great, nice and quiet for a bigger hotel, tons of free parking and restaurant/food/atmosphere was great.」

「Excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff」

「Really close to the university, and less than a 10 minute drive to all the amenities. Staff are amazing.」
