「We love where this is property is located and all the amenities. The pool was closed the 2 days we were there which was disappointing but the weather didn't really cooperate either. The staff is very accomodating and attentive.」

They state that this deposit will be refunded within 5–7 days after departure, provided before access to the property is granted. This arrangement raises concerns about legitimacy. 「Wanted a house in oak park and this was such a pleasant, comfortable and convenient place. Really comfortable beds too. Even a lovely piano. 」

「Apartment 102 has large bathroom, a washer-dryer, and microwave oven. Very close to "Chicago" station - though no lift/elevator to street level ie carry bags up stairs. Major concern for apartments facing road is security light that shines through blinds all night - as bright as daylight in main room! Consider sleeping in bathroom, if you want any sleep from street noise and light.」
