「This place was great!! Check-in was smooth and the manager was super friendly. One light bulb was blinking in our room and she immediately gave us another room with an “I’m sorry”!! The room was clean, big TV, nice warm shower and fluffy white towels. Beds were very comfortable. Victor took care is is at breakfast and he was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Whether you are vegan, vegetarian, meat eating, non-dairy or need gluten free - you can have a filling breakfast. No...

「Very clean and modern as expected at HIE. The only ding is the shower was super low pressure and the adjustable head was either small intense stream or ineffective mist. If we had stayed longer than one night I would have asked for help. Still a very comfy stop. 」

「Excellent service, staff was very friendly. The room was what was expected. The tv volume was so quiet that at max volume we couldn't hear it while the AC ran and had to use subtitles. The beds were ok, I had a spring digging into me all night, but nobody else had an issue. They do have a nice little indoor pool, breakfast and a little shop inside. Conveniently located in town and off the highway. Check-in and out were very quick.」

Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were a surprise. Knew it might be a challenge for my husband to climb to 2nd floor, and it was since he's had a stroke, but would stay here again.」
