「Nothing unique about the property or anything that sets it apart from other nearby hotels. They charge for parking so surprise on that.」

「I don’t know why they insist on giving them a debit card for security deposit while they already asked for a credit card. The environment is okay, the room is clean and Wi-Fi speed is quick. However, the room is supposed to have a hair dryer but it was missing. The hotel matches its 3 stars rating but could be better.」

「Top tier customer service. I wish I would have paid attention to the name of the person who checked us in because they were so kind, helpful and professional. We arrived so late and were exhausted and they got us to our room quickly so we could rest. I would stay again. Great job!!!」

「Couldn't be bothered to answer the phone. I had initially booked via Expedia for two nights for a high school class reunion. Something glitched out and the reservation made for a a week early. The hotel would not accept a cancellation from Expedia staff and I had to pay for two nights I didn't use. When I called to talk to management, they never answered the phone. We won't be using this place for the next reunion, and I cancelled my room there for the event and moved next door.」

「For one night as we passed through West Texas on our way to Fort Worth, this was a clean, comfortable, and spacious motel with well-maintained rooms. It checked all our boxes: Everything in the room worked, the shower had good pressure and easy-to-regulate water temperature, and we had all the room we needed for our luggage and electronics. Studio 6 is way better than a Motel 6—a relief for us, as we've had lousy experiences at Motel 6 properties.」

「Rooms was horrible and smelled horrible had to depart early and find different rooms elsewhere will never stay there again only one towel available asked for more they told my daughter there were no more clean ones until after 11」

「The hygiene is very unsatisfactory! There are urine stains on the toilet seat and a lot of hair on the bed sheets. The front desk clerk is very good! I hope to see clean hygiene next time I come back! There is a stove, although I don't use it.」
