「No one was at the front counter when we arrived. We had just drove 11 hours and were ready to get to our room and sleep. We waited 10 minutes to no avail. We decided to call the hotel front desk from our personal phone to see if the phone ringing would prompt someone to come out, which it did. A young girl dressed in all black came out from behind the corner where the bathrooms were, which was strange because the sign put up said no one was at the front due to helping a guest. 「I don’t know why they insist on giving them a debit card for security deposit while they already asked for a credit card. The environment is okay, the room is clean and Wi-Fi speed is quick. However, the room is supposed to have a hair dryer but it was missing. The hotel matches its 3 stars rating but could be better.」

「Holiday Inn never disappoints!! Staying here madre me feel at home with all the amenities I have at home. The staff was courteous and attentive especially the breakfast morning crew. My delicious breakfast and presentation made it seems luxurious. It rained overnight and the custodial staff was making sure nobody slipped with extending more rugs in the lobby area.Enjoyed my stay !」

「The room had been recently renovated and was very clean. The shower was exceptional! Front desk staff was friendly and informative that the elevator was out of service. Enjoyed the self serve coffee machine and provided breakfast.」

「My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Both rooms that were assigned to me had mold and were leaking from the ceiling, making them unacceptable to stay in. The room also had blood stains on both the bed sheets and the mattress, which was very concerning. In addition, there was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the room, and the restroom was not clean upon arrival. Neither of the two TVs in the room worked. When I reported these issues, the staff was unable to resolve them...
