"I stayed in room 623. The bathroom drain needed to be unblocked. The water from the shower filled the bathroom floor. It was terrible. It is not worthy of a 4-star hotel. The pillow was not comfortable. I woke up with a tired neck."

"The front desk staff was wonderful. They were very kind to my kiddos and let them watch Scooby Doo when they had breakfast which was a highlight of their trip. The room was large and comfortable. It was a great trip."

"The staff was nice, however, I waited for about 3 minutes for an attendant to greet us. And only came because I said, "hello". We got to the room, which was decent. I tried to use the iron, didn't work, pulled the cord from the wall, in the kitchen, and half of the plate around the socket came off ..."
