「I liked that this didn't seem like a "run-of-the-mill" Holiday Inn! (Not that I object to them, but it was interesting to stay in a more unusual facility.) I had liked the way it looked online, and it was well represented. This hotel is on an expansive campus, with indoor and outdoor pools. It's also out of the town, which we liked. We were very comfortable and had a nice, one-night stay. We had breakfast in the restaurant, which was deserted (except for us) at around 10:30 when we went in. I...

「Rabbit Ears is in an excellent location, and the room was very comfortable. The bed was wonderful! The parking lot lights were bright, but you’d never know, as the doorframe was lined with something to keep the light out, so the room stayed dark and sleep was uninterrupted. My room was a river view room, and it was very relaxing to sit and listen to the river while reading on the balcony. I would definitely stay here again.」

First they were going to let me know as soon as our room was ready as we were checking out of a house we had rented for our large family vacation just up the hill from the Grand. 「Second time I’ve stayed here. Pretty much right in the center of town with several good restaurants within walking distance. Lots of shops too and easy access to the river.」

「They property was run down, smells and is dirty. The rooms are dirty and furniture is loose and falling apart. Doors unsealed and water goes from warm to cold. Outside is broken cement everywhere paint chipping off building. Pictures are a lie.」
