「Did not honor my Expedia status. Confused check in. Did get in early which was good. Could only give me ONE key card because they were short????? Two travelers there for a bike race and really needed two!! The overall hotel is dated and needs some care.」

「Nice place to stay. Very clean. The shower didn't have great pressure, so for someone who has a lot of hair, it took a long time to rinse out the shampoo. Staff was friendly and helpful. Close to grocery store, gas station and fast food. I would stay there again and it felt kind of off the beaten path, but minutes to a lot of things and downtown. I would recommend it. There is not a true restaurant now, but I was told by staff there will be one opening soon. They do have a buffet style breakfast...

「Hotel was new! Room was very nice, but the stool in bathroom did not work and the staff had know where to move us. Rooms telephone did not work to reach the front desk so had to take elevator to ask for maintenance to come. Maintenance does not work in the evening!! Hotel refunded our parking fee, but charged us full room rate of over $300.00 and a $20.00 surcharge….probably not going to recommend.」

「This hotel was everything we were looking for and more. Staff was very friendly during check in, rooms were clean and spacious, and all the amenities were absolutely delightful. The attached restaurant, Harison's, was delicious (breakfast and dinner)! I will be staying here again, and truthfully don't think I will stay anywhere else from now on.」

「The Village and World Mark is the only place we stay when visiting Steamboat Springs. Excellent for families with the kitchen and separate bedrooms. Amenities are top notch including several hot tubs and pools. Kids love the arcade, afternoon popcorn, and swimming. Very clean room with everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. The grounds are beautiful and kept very clean. Great staff that are very attentive and make this the best place to stay in Steamboat.」

「Shower drains were clogged」

「They property was run down, smells and is dirty. The rooms are dirty and furniture is loose and falling apart. Doors unsealed and water goes from warm to cold. Outside is broken cement everywhere paint chipping off building. Pictures are a lie.」

「Parking was easy but they charged for parking which was unmentioned when I booked, this hotel not close to downtown and parking is not scarce there. 」

「The hotel is like a 1 bedroom apartment, convenient for families. There is a family of bears that like to hang out at the back of the trees by the hotel! This was very special to us.」

「Small room. Incredibly small bathroom. Needed help getting the TV to work. No real instructions. Pretty much bare minimum. Convenient to downtown is about all it has going for it.」
