「An Acceptable Stay, but Disappointing for a Luxury Hotel We stayed for two nights, and while the overall experience was not bad, I would hesitate to describe this as a luxury hotel. 「Absolutely fabulous property located close to the major sites. Staff were incredible and the room was clean with every amenity I needed. The little elevator is an adventure, but in a good way. Someone is always reachable via what’s app and you get a response almost immediately. Very welcoming and accommodating. We only stayed one night because it was just one part of our Italy trip. However, once I return to Rome, I’ll definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone I know that’s going.」

「First of all the entrance is daunting. Everything is by keypad. As a 71 year old once we entered through the old door from the street using the key pad we found ourselves having to carry the luggage up a extra long flight of stairs to get to the rickety old elevator to take us to the fifth floor. Had I known this was a requirement I would not have booked it. This is Definitely accommodation for a much younger traveller. As for the room it was nice, location is great and is well kept. I...
