Very nice city hotel , clean, quiet and comfort. Close to the city center , around 6-8 minutes walking and only 2 minutes from Koum - Kapi. Friendly stuff, especially Katerina at the reception. I highly recommend Hyperion City Hotel.

Excellent location

It’s in the heart of Venetian Harbor! Breathtaking views, charm of old town and great updated rooms. We enjoyed the stay tremendously- due to location, kind and warm staff, and romantic and historic ambience. It was magical. The view of the old lighthouse and the picturesque harbor pertains to the wonderful memories of our stay! Thank you!

This hotel has a high rating for a reason. Service is excellent! We left early last day and found a bad of sandwiches, fruit and water waiting for us upon checkout. Breakfast is good and abundant. Bar staff is friendly and gives great service. Only thing I would improve is size of the gym but still it has a lot of gear. Will be staying again.

Very nice, clean, friendly staff, good breakfast.

This was my favorite hotel in Crete. Very well decorated and stylish, while retaining a Greek islands feel. Eva and staff were extremely helpful and hospitable. The breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this for your stay in chania.

This is the best hotel in Chania on the harbor

The hotel location was near Chania town and they provide a shuttle that can take you to town, and also pick you up from the town. Hotel room was nice, it's a little bit on the small side. Also, you will have a great view from the balcony. overall, i'm pretty happy with it.

Delightful family style hotel with about 8 rooms. Full meal upon arrival as there are no restaurants nearby. Although the Chania airport is just 3 minutes away, it is not at all obvious. Lovely family who made us feel very much at home.

Very nice hotel and extremely friendly and attentive staff. Perfect location. Thank you

We stayed in the kastello Room and everything was perfect! The room was beautifully decorated with a big bathroom! The breakfast was so delicious and the staff was lovely. Would recommend and stay here again when I visit Chania again!

The rooftop decks were not usable due to the heat. The views were not very good. The service was outstanding

We had an incredible time! The team helped us book activities, suggested plans based on our interests, were extremely kind and welcoming and the room and amenities were spectacular. To top it off the food was incredible! The breakfast greek yogurt with fruit and granola was my favorite ever. We cant wait to go back!

Best hotel in Chania! Awesome location. Great communication. Superbe hôtel. L’emplacement est idéal et très bonne communication de la part de l’hôtel. 5 étoiles !!

I truly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Akrotiri. The staff and the owner were incredibly kind and welcoming. From the moment I arrived, I felt at home—they treated me like part of the family. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, featuring fresh, high-quality local products. Yesterday, I was also pleasantly surprised with a lovely little gift of local olive oil and natural honey, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I felt genuinely welcomed, comfortable, and happy during my stay at this hotel. I am...

Loved it! Big, clean, and new! Check in was great and manager was very helpful. Great kitchen that had everything needed. Very convenient location that had a great view.

Very friendly and helpful staff. There is only street parking, but not hard to find, behind the hotel area. So many restaurants right there. Drove to the most famous Cretan beaches, but the local beach is also very nice. very picturesque. We could see the lighthouse from our window.

The front desk staff was warm and welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic! The room and bed was by far one of the most comfortable beds I’ve stayed at in a hotel and I’ve traveled all over the world. The breakfast and staff were fantastic and met our every need. The location couldn’t have been better, a quick 8 min walk to the harbor and many restaurants. Chania is a wonderful city and for my first time going to Crete, was overjoyed with my stay at Chania hotel .. big...
