「My room was quiet and AC worked well. I could sort of see the mountains but "Mountain View" is a bit of a misnomer given the way the hotel is oriented. I was in room 211 and there was a crater in the mattress closest to the door-- it really needs to be replaced. I liked the fridge and microwave and coffee maker. I liked that there was a nice desk and a sitting chair. The water in the sink and shower never got very hot, but it was warm. Staff was very friendly and helpful and hotel was well...

「I booked this room for my daughter and son-in-law. When they showed up, they were told there had not been a working AC for 2 weeks! The initial employee was helpful and kind and did offer a fan or a cancellation but at the last moment there were very few choices. So they took the fan and got by and would’ve been ok but when they asked another employee about breakfast were dismissively told “I don’t know if we’re even doing that!”」
