"Staff made our anniversary celebration a memorable experience. Upon booking staff reached out to ask if we were celebrating a special occasion and if they could assist in any way. They went above and beyond and even have complimentary transportation to and from the Tren Maya station."

"I don't have any complaints or issues. The grounds are gorgeous. The tropical ambience is truly the real thing. Swimming pool. Restaurant and bar on the grounds! Even massages are offered. The private cabins or huts are so charming and I slept like a baby. If you're high maintenance or 5 star you might check other options but for me. It's a win win staycation that I'm going to do often!"

"Beautiful property well situated to lots of attractions (pyramids, planetarium, eco-park/museum) but the restaurant staff ranges from mostly disinterested to somewhat dishonest (pretty obviously did not bring back correct change, helping herself to a very nice tip) and as other travelers have noted elsewhere, the restaurant is overpriced for what you get. Clearly needs better management if staff is this lackluster."
