Check in was frustrating. Poor timing for TV maintenance to be done (we declined service). Very difficult for us to use tub (accessible unit). Had to rig handicapped seat out of the way to use. Will not stay here again.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites El Paso East-Loop 375 by IHG
This is a great place to stay. It is in a great location with great food choices within walking distance. It was very clean and the staff were always smiling and greeting me. The gym is great and the pool looked great although I did not go in.

At first glance, the hotel is modern and newer. Once I got to the room, I was not satisfied with the dirty surfaces. The kitchen sink had grime around the faucet and drain area.
