"A beautiful, quiet oasis very close to town. Staff was very attentive and welcoming. Right on the water, gorgeous views. The pools were great. We absolutely loved our stay here, highly recommend it."
"A mountain side resort with stunning views! The location is close to the town center and nearby tourist attractions. The nearest beach (Vanilla Beach) is around 10-15 minutes from the property. We had a great time in Karuna because of the staff and their hospitality. "
"With its incredible looking socials and promise of glamping style accommodation, for the price point we really wanted to like Isla experience more. This is more of a base camp feel rather than a relaxing couples escape. Socialising is encouraged, communal dinner etc. Whilst for some this may be attractive for others this may feel too much. We really wanted a couples rest and relax escape before heading back to the UK but found it difficult to find solitude.
Pros
- The location is fantastic...
"Staff was super friendly. Accommodations were very nice and the pool and restaurant had a beautiful setting. The only thing I would warn everyone is they only accept cash (Pesos) so bring cash for amenities and the on site restaurant. Highly recommend "

Limestone cliffs tower over secret lagoons where your kayak glides through impossibly blue-green waters at high tide. Hire a local boat for island-hopping tours to hidden beaches, stopping at snorkeling spots where neon fish dart around vibrant coral gardens.

We used Elsa's travel and she had the most incredible crew which include lucky as the tour guide and you could do amazing private tours and they will take you to the places that are less crowded and then hit the spots you want to see after the big crush of the tours are gone.

The hostel is a little far out but don't let you put that off as its right next to Vanilla beach which is lovely and you can see the glorious sunset which isn't visible in most areas of El Nido due to the landscape. Rent a scooter from town 1/2 price

We loved El Nido, although it is more touristy than other destinations in the country. Staying in Corong Corong beach helped to escape the crowds and was just a short trycicle drive to town.

It has its own small town charm. Our hotel could benefit from an outdoor rinsing/shower station. The locals were very sweet and friendly. I just wished there were more Filipino-owned establishments.

This was my 2nd visit to El Nido and will definitely return. Tours A is the best but they're all breathtaking, really. All tours can be purchased in the lobby.

El Nido, would love to have had more time to explore the area and try some of the other water sports! Will have to come back.
"Stayed at the Glasshouse. The room was stylish. The view was priceless. The staff was excellent. Food was great.
This place surpassed my expectations. Won’t stay anywhere else if I come back. "
"Karuna has breathtaking views, simply beautiful. Dining in their restaurant is an experience itself, the food is delicious, the staff is very friendly and attentive, a wonderful reminder of how proud I am to be of Filipino heritage. The service is very professional and prompt. The pathways have an inline since it’s located in the mountain so if you are unable to physically walk up and down it may not be suitable but if you have no physical limitations then look no further, this place will be amazing!"
"Amazing place, perfect combination of resort and nature. Most amazing customer service, world class. From the time you arrive at the airport in Lio, up to the time you board the plane from Lio airport, the team is focused on providing a seamless experience. Highly recommended. "
