「I booked room one, a family room, as it was the last room available at the time. I didn’t need the additional space but it was worth the additional cost for the view. There was seating and two sun beds on the deck overlooking the bay. Unrestricted water views. The hotel isn’t new, but gets five stars for the view and the excellent food. 」

The staff were super friendly and so accommodating, from the complimentary shuttles into town, to helping my husband plan a surprise for me while he’s across the globe over email, there was nothing that they were not willing to help with. 「I booked and I had room B111 pool side only problem was I would not get in the pool because it was unhealthy in my opinion algee on the pools walls and the waiter was green. The pool by the bar was very clean and attractive, but that was not the one that joined my room. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. Hope you correct this for your future tenants. Your staff is outstanding 」

「The owner moved us to his aother hotel named JM Pension because a guest was sick and stayed in the room of Novie's for a few more days. JM Pension is next to Novie's. Price is the same, deco average, clean, small but with a balcony. What satisfies me most are the hotel staff, especially Ems, she is super nice and helpful and friendly! The only con is every morning the roosters wake you up at about 5. And there are too many of them. Guess there might be less of them in the town.」

「This was a great experience staying! U can walk to the beach within 2 mins. Along the beach u also can go to other hotel bar to enjoy your meal n watch the beach view. If u bring ur kid is very okay to leave them play around the beach. Parents can sit in front of bar to watch them. The price compare with same location hotels is really fantastic but the facilities maybe better than others! If u wanna live here u also can consider the villa room because the price of villa room just a bit higher...

「大廳在三樓，但有電梯，不用提行李爬樓梯，一樓警衛人非常和善，櫃台人員還可以，房間和照片中一樣，沒有落差，空間大，冰箱、熱水壺、保險箱、衛浴用品、吹風機都有，衣架也多，很適合曬衣服，大廳外也有提供飲水機，不怕水喝完，早餐也算不錯，雖然重覆性高，但已值得了；隔壁是傳統市場和五金生活百貨，巴士站就在斜對面，回程買了klook的接駁車就是在那邊搭乘，步行約六、七分鐘有按摩店，去鎮上也近，搭嘟嘟車不用十分鐘就到了，整體來說很便利。 吵鬧的部份，很容易入睡的所以沒特別想法，網路偏弱但這邊本來網路就這樣，基本上算是cp值不錯的飯店，只是第二、三天，開了空調不知為什麼會冒濃濃白煙，飄著燒焦味，但關掉再開卻又沒有，請了人員來看，沒有解釋原因，只說若覺得還有味道建議開窗戶，房務清潔的部份沒有到非常好，垃圾會忘記收，收了廁所卻沒收外面，腳踏墊異常的髒，不知道是洗不乾淨還是根本沒換??補毛巾補一半，第一天有小毛，但隔天收了小毛後，就沒補了，直到退房前一天才又補，再來就是朋友請房務換床單後，隔天腿與腳卻有被蟲咬的痕跡，像是床蟲或跳蚤....但房間卻又算是有整理過，不算髒....算是很奇怪的一件事。」

「建議可設立更好的WiFi 酒店我員工服務都算不錯，當日到步看見自己名字 有種回家的感覺 唯環境蚊蚊子較多 用餐時不太舒服」

「沒有熱水 沒有吹風機 沒有被子 訊號弱... 水流也不夠力 記得洗澡前要先把桶子的水裝滿 大海風的毛巾(藍白條紋)會掉藍色棉絮 wifi只在一樓大廳跑的動 大廳有台大電風扇 不少人會在這吹頭髮 三不五時跳電 但馬上會恢復 所以回到房間 看到電視開著 很正常 早餐就是簡易餐點 有海景欣賞 附近就是海邊區 同時也是大多tour集合的地方(從加油站的巷子走去)」

「飯店房間大體乾淨，外面就是泳池跟海灘很漂亮，並且有提供早餐，接駁車到市區及機場，非常方便。唯一缺點是距離市區有段距離，大約是10分鐘的腳程。」

「I do not understand why the review scores are not higher. This place is spotlessly clean, the staff is helpfull and breakfast good, air-conditioning and hot water are great The hotel is an easy walk to downtown. And the price is a total bargain.. It is a very basic hotel, but exactly as shown in the pictures. Only downside is the noise of the road that most of the hotels are built along」

「Great location on corong corong beach. Dining here is a fusion of french and asian food and the atmosphere is electric. Would highly recommended a stay here.」
